We are seeking a self-directed professional with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to undertake the newly created key role of Team Leader –Corporate Services.

About the role

Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the primary function of this role is to lead a team of Corporate Service Officers in providing a high level of support to the organisation. This will involve supporting and mentoring team members and maintaining a customer focused culture in delivery of administration services. The position will also work closely with other departments across the organisation through the collaboration and delivery of Corporate and organisational administrative duties. As a leader, the Team Leader Corporate Services will make a positive contribution to culture, while supervising and assisting the team to undertake routine processing and reporting tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Key Competencies/Qualifications

•  Demonstrated experience in the supervision of staff, including mentoring, training, and development

•  Advanced working knowledge MS Office Suite

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

•  Outstanding stakeholder management skills

•  Demonstrated proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence

•  Relevant qualification and/or significant experience relevant to the role
