We are delighted to partner with our client, a high profile international company known for its prestigious brand of products and services. An outstanding opportunity has become available, for a highly motived and proactive individual to undertake the role of P&C Advisor. It is essential that this position provides outstanding customer service and demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude at all times, going beyond a basic level of service and being seen to provide value guidance and support as appropriate. You will be responsible for the communication and support of key annual P&C activities as well as strategic projects.

Reporting to the Director of P&C you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Accountable general administrative tasks associated with P&C administration including creation of employee record, reporting and contracts checking and development as required.
  • Accountable as part of the team to identify process and systems improvement opportunities across the P&C program of work and the employee lifecycle.
  • Escalation and key contact for employees and consultants in relation to immigration matters.
  • Support and contribute to policy and procedure development.
  • Support strategic projects through administrative support and project management skills.
  • Manage travel/diary on behalf of the Director in line with policy and be a first point of escalation for third party vendors, suppliers and contractors.
  • Employee life cycle support for recruitment, immigration, contract development and employment

Demonstrated Key Competencies/Qualifications

  • Capability to make decisions and be accountable for these decisions.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft products (must be proficient in excel)
  • Good judgement.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
  • Problem solving skills to deal with unexpected situations.
  • Tertiary/diploma qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in working in a high paced team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and issues at the same time.
  • Experience in preparing, and checking employee records and contracts in a complex industrial environment.
  • Ability to manage systems requirements and document process, to drive process improvement and automation.
  • A high level of analytical, innovation and business reporting.
