We are delighted to partner with our client, a high-profile international company known for its prestigious brand of products and services. An opportunity has become available for a highly motived individual to undertake the role of Talent Acquisition Partner on an ongoing temporary basis. This role requires an experienced end-to-end Talent Acquisition professional, highly skilled in working with process, systems and metrics to deliver expected outcomes. You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, focusing on staff and client escalations as well as reporting and management information.
Reporting to the Director – People and Culture responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage the recruitment of permanent, casual, maximum and fixed term contracts;
• Graduate / Apprentice recruitment;
• Undertake national and international searches as required;
•Proactive approach to identifying TA process improvement and recommendation for presence at relevant events;
•Talent management;
•Delivering high touch candidate relationship management throughout the recruitment process;
•Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce plans;
•Educate and coach stakeholders on the recruitment process and tools used;
•Promotion and management of corporate career pages for both for vacant positions and establishing a talent pool;
•Promote and manage employee referral program;
•Attend offsite events including but not limited to career fairs, and school presentations as requested by the Director, People & Culture;
•Design assessment centre framework for relevant campaigns;
•Scheduling and management of assessment centre days;
•Commence on-boarding process upon receipt of executed agreement
Demonstrated key competencies/qualifications:
• Significant senior recruitment and talent acquisition experience ranging from high volume to specialist, technical, management and senior management roles.
• Experience in developing processes and delivering operational outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and methodology and experience with recruitment/HR systems.
• Degree qualified in HR or related discipline, business, commerce. (Desirable)
