We are pleased to partner with our client, providing residential care homes and services in the greater Melbourne metropolitan and Geelong areas. An opportunity is available, on a temporary basis, for an experienced Data Analyst – HR to undertake a special project.

Reporting to the General Manager – Human Resources responsibilities will include collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources; Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, and turnover. Prepare data result reports; make recommendations according for policies to improve the organisation’s culture and other duties as required.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communications skills (oral and written)
  • Analysing and evaluating HR issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Advanced MS Office suite especially advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with database management and other HR systems
