Our client is a high profile not for profit organisation providing a number of important services across Australia and overseas. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and talented individual to undertake the contract role of Senior Systems Specialist – Chris21(technical subject matter expert) for a period of 2 months, working within the People & Culture Business Unit.
ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is accountable for the configuration, optimisation, integrity and ongoing performance of the system, ensuring accurate payroll outcomes, compliant reporting, and seamless integration with connected systems. This role provides deep technical expertise across system configuration, complex reporting, bulk data processing, integrations, data integrity and analysis. It plays a critical role in maintaining payroll accuracy, managing system risk, and enabling continuous improvement of payroll and people processes.
Demonstrated Key Competencies and Qualifications:
Expert-level knowledge of the Chris21 payroll system, including advanced configuration, complex reporting and end-to-end payroll processing.
Extensive experience supporting payroll systems within a large, complex organisation (typically 2,000+ employees), operating across multiple industrial instruments and pay structures.
Proven experience in a Chris21 systems administration
Strong expertise in data integrations and interfaces,
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills,
High level of numeracy and attention to detail,
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors,
Working knowledge of enterprise agreements and industrial instruments, with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into compliant system configuration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
A proactive, accountable and continuous improvement mindset, with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, safety and service excellence.

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented individual to undertake the 6-month contract role of Quality Business Partner within the Governance and Engagement – Quality Division
About the role:
Reporting to the Quality Business Lead, the role is to support the organisation to deliver high quality outcomes and fulfils its responsibilities under the quality management system (QMS) by:
Proactively supporting the organisation in resolving quality issues and driving improvements
Provide expertise in the organisation’s quality management system (QMS) to aid in decision-making across all levels of the business
Promote a culture of quality by offering coaching, support and education in all aspects of quality management, problem-solving, and best practices
Make risk-based decisions to determine the fate of non-conforming materials and products to ensure the safety of the product integrity
Demonstrated key competencies/qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience
Knowledge and understanding of the applicable regulations (e.g. code of Good Manufacturing Practices)
Demonstrated experience applying regulatory and related principles in the workplace
Practical experience with quality management systems in a regulated environment
Proven ability to use problem solving tools (e.g. root cause analysis)
Knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply risk management and continuous improvement principles
Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with a range of external and internal customers
High level computer literacy and competence in a variety of computer software packages
Demonstrated ability to work within a high paced and high-volume environment
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and facilitation skills
Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to enhance their skills and performance. (Desirable)
Practical experience in the manufacture of therapeutic goods
Internal auditor (quality system) qualifications
Experience in, and knowledge of, information systems
Demonstrated knowledge of the application of process improvement tools (e.g. Lean)

About the Role
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assist the external sales team with order processing, sales and stock enquiries
Provide product knowledge to existing and new customers
Attend to any customer enquiries regarding timber and panel products available to sell
Maintain and continue to develop customer relations assisting with all enquiries
Liaise with the Despatch Manager
Assist the State Manager with tasks as required.
