We are pleased to partner with our client, an Aged Care Provider, that provides care homes and services in the greater Melbourne metropolitan and Geelong areas. An opportunity is available, for a motivated individual to undertake the role of HR & Roster Coordinator.  Overall, you will be responsible for the coordination of administration processes and other requirements that arise on a day-to-day basis.

About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Nursing you will provide accurate and appropriate rosters as directed by the facility management; coordinate and administrate all functions related to rostering; assist in the effective and efficient operations of the facility by ensuring that appropriate staffing levels are maintained and undertake special projects as required by the facility management. 

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communications skills (oral and written)
  • Analysing and evaluating HR issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Rostering Experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound knowledge MS Office suite
  • Experience with database management and other HR systems
