An opportunity is available for a dynamic and talented individual to undertake the role of Centre Manager, for a shopping centre located in a dynamic precinct, which is the largest mixed-use development in Melbourne’s east.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be responsible for the leadership of the centre management team to ensure the delivery of the overall performance of the centre. You will develop and deliver against the business plan, balancing all factors to maximise the value of the asset. You will build and maintain relationships with all tenants and community stakeholders focusing on understanding the needs of the Tenants to pre-empt solutions and ensuring there is effective internal communication across all who are providing services to the Tenants.

ABOUT YOU

You will have retail and shopping centre management experience (preferably 5 years); strong stakeholder management skills; demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and train staff; strong commercial acumen with outstanding negotiation skills, and the ability to develop effective partnerships with retailers, contractors Industry professionals and the wider community. A tertiary qualification in Property or Finance is desirable.
