Our client is a high profile not for profit organisation providing a number of important services across Australia and overseas. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and talented individual to undertake the contract role of Scrum Master until the 30th of June 2025. The role will be working within a Digital Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to Agile Delivery Manager you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of team’s prioritised backlog items assigned to one or more Agile Teams. You will build a high performing team culture to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved and sustainable and that productivity/velocity increases as the team evolves.
ABOUT YOU – Key Competencies/qualifications that will influence successful outcomes:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams
- Solid understanding of SAFe, Scrum & kanban
- Ability to lead and coach single or multiple scrum delivery teams.
- Ability to conduct all of the agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Showcases, Retrospective, etc)
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address and eliminate roadblocks faced by the Team whilst managing team risks and issues
- Excellent Senior Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
This will be a contract till 30th June 2025 with an immediate start.
